Automatic rotating tealight candle machine is our patent designed machine. From looding wax powder, pressing to products, the whol processes will be finished automatically. Tealight weight and height can be adjusted in a certain by hand wheel.
Our designer refines every detail of the equipment according to the customer demands. Matching the upper/lower punches with the cavity accurately.
At the speed of 30000 pcs/hour for pressing tealight, there is a certer hole inside the candle to allow for the candle wick, after loading the alumnium cups can be packed.
When integrating with other devices through the conveyor line, such device can be turned into the automatic production line of tealight candle. It can also be connected with our assembly line of tealight candle filling, which can greatly reduce the number of operetors. The thinnest tealight candle is only 6mm, which can be filled into the aluminum box with the dispensing machine. Furthermore, it greatly saves the cost and reduces the forming line.
